Synopsis
This small, early Victorian, terraced cottage high above St. Ives and overlooking the sea, “just jumped at me” from the local paper, and she bought it in 2012. Initially she simply spruced up the walls with pale grey paint. After a year she decided to open up the kitchen and convert a small rear courtyard into a dining room with a glazed roof. Two walls were removed and the new dining area levelled to match the height of the kitchen floor. Now she has studio space and enouogh room to run her multi-media workshops from her home.
