Synopsis
This cottage is my dream home, and I like to think that I was always destined to live her”, says Rosie. “I grew up in a house just two streets away, so I must have walked past this place literally thousands of times as a child. When Phil and I were first married, we lived in Exeter but city life wasn’t my cup of tea - I hated all the hustle and bustle. We decided to move back to Topsham, but prices had rocketed and we didn’t think we’d ever be able to afford to buy here
