Synopsis
One day, Philip Simoen passed by his dream house, he stopped, rang the bell and asked the owners if he could buy their house. Today, Philip has been the owner for 17 years. Renovated to his own taste; cosy atmosphere, intimate with respect for the character of the house and decorated with a lot of travel souvenirs.
Who dares, wins, is the motto of Phlilip Simoen. “I went to the owners of this house to ask to buy their house”, says Philip. “In the beginning, they weren’t intrested, but I gave them my card and six months later, I got a call. My offer started them thinking and after a while, they wanted to sell.” This remarkable story got even more interesting. “The couple wanted to move to a house in the city that had already been renovated. I was lucky, because I lived in a house like that. The people came to visit my house in the city, were impressed and we changed houses."
