Synopsis
After years of living in a cramped rented cottage with one tiny family bathroom, Niki and her husband, Stead, were determined that the new home they were building would have lots of bedrooms but more importantly several bathrooms. ‘In our rented cottage the one bathroom we shared was narrow like a corridor with a tiny window at one end and a shower over the bath. The walls were damp and it certainly wasn’t a place in which to luxuriate.’ says Niki.
