Synopsis
After many years designing she came up with the idea for a sub-division of her company, Interior Bliss which she named Sexy Bachelor Pad (www.sexybachelorpad.com). Working with single men had proven to be a very different process to working for couples and families, so Kimberlee decided to specialise in working for bachelors. 'Male clients are often more decisive than women and, quite frankly, more in need of help!', says Kimberlee who then turned her own small Soho apartment into a kind of design lab for the new company. The result is a space which has the look and feel of a favourite Downtown bar or restaurant with it's reclaimed tin ceilings and barnwood wainscot panelling. The tiny one bedroom apartment has a multi-purpose living/dining/ kitchen space, small-but-perfectly-formed shower room and a recently added outdoor space where she loves to hang-out entertain on the sultry NYC evenings.
