For interiors stylist Shani Zion renovating her own family home can feel like a busman's holiday. Spending her working hours meticulously choreographing photo shoots for glossy magazines, often alongside her photographer husband Jake, makes it hard to settle on one particular style. 'I experience multiple design influences in my job, and I can appreciate them all, so when it comes to our home I frequently find it impossible to stick to one idea,' she explains. Fortunately the decorating process is also a labour of love, and, over the years, Shani has been able to tame her design obsessions into her own distinct style. 'I've developed this eclectic/vintage/modern look that somehow manages to create cohesion throughout our home. Some may call it undecided, but for me it's about comfort and happiness and great family memories," she says.
