Synopsis
After retiring from work, Fiona White wanted a suitable place in the country to settle down and make her own. At first sight, she was bowled over by a Grade II listed cottage with a thatched roof that was originally two separate dwellings. Built in the 1500’s, it had all the charm of a period property, but with modern additions, like the streamlined fitted kitchen and luxurious bathrom
