Synopsis
The flat was to be carefully and completely renovated, not bigger than 50 m2, located on the first or the second floor of an old tenement house, in a quiet area but also close to the city centre of Gliwice. Actually they had one particular street in mind. No wonder there were only few offers they might have been interested in. First time they saw this apartment, flooded with the sun light, they knew it’s the one. No renovation was needed, the only thing they had to do was to buy furniture and decorative items.
