Synopsis
Having been offered the chance to buy their house from a family member, interior blogger Charlotte Valentine fell for the property’s Victorian charm, with its double-bay front, large open-plan layout and high ceilings. Inside, the house had been kept in good condition, although Charlotte admits it wasn’t quite to their taste. ‘We wanted to put our stamp on the place,’ she says.
