Synopsis
Following the sale of her flat in Mosely, Theresa Gromski had just a matter of weeks to find a house. As a single mum to baby Arlo, she knew it had to be somewhere they could move straight into and that didn't need huge amounts of work. Luckily the developer she bought her Edwardian home from had renovated and put back a lot of original features such as fireplaces, coving and internal doors so she could move in and start putting her own stamp on the house.
