Synopsis
Looking to move from California, Sandra Cavallo and her husband, Phil, chose Cape Cod, Massachusetts, as their landing spot. We grew up summering there, and we wanted the ocean to be our focus, and for it to become part of our kids souls. They found an all-but-abandoned beach cottage, then spent the next five years creating a home.
