Synopsis
Liz and Malcom moved down from London to Devon seven years ago, and started a property renovation and holiday lettings business called Devon Retreat (www.devonretreat.com), which they run together, working from home. They'd been living in a lodge house next to one of our rental properties, but wanted somewhere with more space and a bigger garden for our two boys David and Jamie. Large houses in Lyme Regis are very sought after, so when this very run-down vicarage came on the market they decided to go for it, despite the
huge amount of building work required.
