Synopsis
Rachel uses 'blended' to describe her decorating, which includes integrating things from French, English Country, and Swedish styles and peppering them with touches and Chinoiserie. 'I think that the most personal way you can decorate is to take elements from different styles and make them work together,' says Rachel who often gives pieces a makeover in creamy white or flax. Having so many furnishings in this range allows her to switch pieces from room to room, a practice she does quite regularly to keep things fresh and lively. 'I love that our home's decor is classic and understated but when you really get to the heart of it there is so much more beneath,' she explains.
