Synopsis
When they first saw their island cottage it was outdated and in need of work. However, the unspoiled beauty of the remote Florida location surrounded by water combined with its pristine environment and the proximity of one of the world's most beautiful beaches (yet close to all conveniences it only takes 10 minutes to reach the mainland and vital services) proved irresistible. Jeff and Nikki wanted to have a home where their children could grow up in a quiet and safe area and enjoy the health benefits of a natural beach environment and this was just the place.
