Synopsis
When I started house-hunting, my number one ‘must-have’ was a garden. A dining room for entertaining was a close second, I also wanted a guest bedroom so friends could stay and an office, as I often work from home. Although I love period properties, I decided to focus on 1930's houses as I felt upkeep might be an issue with anything older.
