Synopsis
The three bedroomed house with Victorian additions, on the banks of a river, was transformed by Graeme and Helen Craig who wanted a more relaxed lifestyle for their two young children, with forests and fields nearby. They employed an award-winning local architect, Lucy Marston, who recommended a corner box extension, which joins the old part of the house to the Victorian addition, previously the mill office, and now a kitchen. So an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space is now the hub of the house and large windows take in the view of the river and fields beyond
