Synopsis
Frank loves character buildings. After several years in the catering industry, he decided to devote himself to real estate purchases and thirteen years ago discovered a ruined building located in the Prinsenhof in Ghent. "This old house attached to a textile mill, built in 1840, was in a pitiful state. The side wall has been completely renovated. Had I known that this project would result in as much work, I never would have embarked on such a renovation. "
