Synopsis
For Martly and Hanno Calitz, the picturesque plot of land just 30 metres from the guesthouse they own and run in the Western Cape town of Montagu was a serendipitous find where they intended building their retirement home. The single bedroom dwelling with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area draws on Japanese and Scandanavian minimalist design.
