Synopsis
“In 1996, 102 new terrace houses with 12 apartments were completed on the estate of an Edwardian country house set around a large courtyard forming a small rural community. The views onto wide open green spaces and woodland were stunning.” Trish explains; “I was excited by the opportunity to buy a home with a shared swimming pool on the doorstep and I fell in love with the location. I sold a Victorian century cottage and bought into this modern development. I have never looked back.”
