Synopsis
Walking down a typical busy south London street, you’d be forgiven for missing the uncared for blue door that leads into Tracy Kendall’s world. Once inside, your eyes start to work overtime, darting here and there over pearl button chairs, paper plates on walls, and shop signs. The more you explore and marvel, the more you come to realise that Tracy’s house is a true extension of her life.
Tracy's wallpaper is known the world over and her name is synonymous with the wallpaper revival in the last ten years. After the minimalistic 90’s, she took wallpaper out of the background and challenged its concepts. She is best known for her hand sewn sequin, post-it note, and oversized fork designs.
