Synopsis
The property was created over three floors with the lower ground comprising of two bedrooms both with en-suites and an open plan area to the rear looking out on to a decked terrace. This could be used as a study or second reception area as well as a guest bedroom with a further en-suite. On the ground floor one enters a light filled hallway with full height glass panels beside the cantilevered floating staircase. There is a guest WC on this level along with the master ‘suite’ comprising of a bedroom, dressing area and large bathroom with full height glazing to the rear of the bedroom which overlooks the rear terrace. The first floor is unusually shaped due to the triangular shaped plot creating a light and bright open plan living area with a kitchen incorporating a centre island directly under a roof light and dining area to the rear which opens out on to a suspended walkway and seating and planting area. The style of the interior is simple and uncluttered with monochrome tones and a muted taupe palette. The white seamless floors allow the spaces to flow into each other with ease and the furniture has been designed by Tessa specifically to fit the space.
