Suzanne Dando

Suzanne Dando and her husband Adam Reynolds bought this Grade II listed property in 2006. The oldest part of the house dates to the early 1500s and, after a fire, half the house was rebuilt in 1705.

Synopsis
The couple had to substantially renovate the place. They lifted flagstones to install a damp proof course, rewired throughout and punched through a wall to make a utility room out of a store room. They also uncovered a stone, inglenook fireplace, some lovely oak doors and an ancient ice house. Suzanne decorated using opulent fabrics and traditional furniture with a modern twist.
