Synopsis
Tom and Sue Price had been living and working in London for several years when they decided to buy a holiday home in Devon for weekends and longer breaks. ‘We’d spent lots of holidays with friends in Dartmouth and absolutely loved it, so it seemed like the natural choice. It’s a really lively, interesting town; it’s steeped in history and there’s always a lot going on. It also has great shops! Tom was born in Devon and grew up learning to sail around Salcombe and Dartmouth, so buying a house there felt just like coming home.’
