Synopsis
The house was built in two stages – first as a single storey Sixties modernist home and then, ten years ago, extended with a ‘drop over’ timber-clad extension which created a spacious studio,  bedroom, staircase and shower room that sits over the original house like a floating ‘wrap around’ structure.
