Synopsis
Shevie Moyles lives with her husband Darren, 37, and children Ruby, 11, and George, five, in a Medieval-style, late 19th century detached house on St Michael’s Mount, a tiny island off Penzance, West Cornwall. Shevie describes her family’s unique way of life.
‘Our house is all about creating a sense of prettiness, nostalgia and comfort. I love the Forties and Fifties, and I also love colour, especially pastels. But I never really planned the house – it has just come together by combining things that people have given us with pieces that I’ve found in car boot sales, second-hand shops and auctions. I really feel that you should use vintage items'.....
