Synopsis
As daughter Grace blossomed into a lively toddler, the McRae family began the search for a more spacious home. ‘We would have loved a house in the same neighbourhood,’ Sam explains. ‘Yet although our apartment had increased in value, even three bed roomed apartments were proving prohibitively expensive. Finally, we decided to approach house hunting in a more creative fashion.’
