Synopsis
Having made the decision to move out of central London to raise their family, Rebecca and Will Hayes had no idea how difficult it was going to be in their preferred location of Kew in south west London. “We had a three bedroomed place in Maida Vale, which was fine for us as a couple, but once Liberty came along we decided we needed more space, some greenery and decent state schools as well as being close to London and with good transport links. Having identified Kew as the perfect spot, they found several houses they liked, but they were all snapped up and whisked off the market straightaway, leaving Rebecca and Will frustrated and let down. But a friend had moved just a few miles further out to an area called St Margarets, in between Richmond and Twickenham, and their focus began to shift.
