Synopsis
“I love the Regency style, living by the sea, the buzz of summer, and the promenade. So when we were able to move back to the seafront in Hove, where we had once lived, it was like going home. We bought the house five years ago, from an elderly woman, who had been renting the lower ground as a separate self-contained flat, whilst living in the maisonette above. It hadn’t been touched for years, hence, it was very tired and needed a lot of work to turn it back into a family home, but we saw beyond this. Not only was the location perfect, but also it was the Regency style that really drew us to the property, with its pretty bay-frontage and high ceilings it was perfect.
