Synopsis
Global fusion is a term that we're more used to hearing in connection with food, but looking at the interior of designer Nat Robinson's house, it's easy to see why she describes her look that way. It was Diana Vreeland who famously said that shocking pink was the navy blue of India, and it's true to say that an obsession with 'ghastly good taste', muted colours and restrained interiors does seem to be a Northern and predominantly European trait. However, Nat clearly doesn't belong to the less is more school of decorating. Her South West London Victorian terrace is, to coin a cliché, a riot of colour.
