Maison Verte - Cap ferret

This summer house built in 1974 by Michel Sadirac and located in Cap-Ferret, right opposite the Arcachon Bay, has just regained all its splendour.

Synopsis
This completely wooden made villa, comprised of cubic shapes and large window bays, is typical of the constructions of the famous architect from Salier, Courtois, Lajus and Sadirac office. In the 1960s this architectural firm totally reshaped the local landscape in replacing traditional Neo-Basque villas by modern Californian styled houses.
