Synopsis
Lukas and Marta's apartment is in a modern building on the first floor in the Zoliborz district . Their first apartment was simply too small for our growing family- explain owners . - We wanted to have more space for ourselves and our baby , which was to come into the world .
Mart and Lukas started searching for a new apartment, they were concidering Goclaw (due to the proximity to the family home ) , Zoliborz or close Ursynow , which was well connected to the rest of the city. The search lasted a long time, maybe because they were not interested in so-called 'holes in the ground' . They wanted something finished, finally they found what they were looking for, they saw it and decided that the apartment was perfect. - 'We liked the layout and location . Only the first floor was not exactly what we wanted . However, we sealed the deal after big discount granted by the developer'
We decided to ask architects for help in rearranging the first floor layout, although with the previous dwelling we coped ourself, it was a hard and long work . The sale of their previous apatrtment took nearly two years - they say. - 'This time we did not have so much time . We could not live in the mess with small children' - they explain .
