Synopsis
A good fairy was clearly hovering over Kristina and Mike Horne’s charming Cheltenham house when they first viewed it some eight years ago. The sale went through so smoothly that “it was obviously meant to be,’ says Kristina. She explains, ‘After weeks of house hunting, and just hours after the agent’s details plopped through our letterbox, we went to view the house and discovered that the For Sale sign hadn’t even been erected!’ As soon as she and Mike saw the interior and met the family-friendly owners, they put in an offer which was accepted. ‘The couple’s four children had grown up in the house and the owners really wanted a similar family to have it,’ says Kristina. ‘I think we met all their criteria!’
