Synopsis
Kim Yates is a serial renovator who loves nothing more than a big house project, though it was the wow-factor hallway that sold this place to her, and although the decor all felt a bit old-fashioned, Kim also loved the high ceilings and original features that screamed potential. She sourced accessories from charity shops, up-cycled pieces of second-hand furniture, and covered every wall with bold colour and pattern, creating a home full of personality and fun.
