Synopsis
'Food has always been of great importance in our family. What we can, we grow ourselves. Before the war, my great-grandparents ran a restaurant in Janów Podlaski' – says Katarzyna. Years ago, Lucyna and Arek, Kasia's parents, came up with the idea to host guests. And instead of raising new buildings, they decided to save the old ones. First, they saved the Old Presbytery from 1880, then Bielony Dworek, the Forester's Lodge, the Windmill and the church.
