Synopsis
‘We are a very musical family and someone is always playing a guitar or a violin so we needed a lot of space to spread the sound about.’ ‘When we moved here all our furniture was wrong for the style of the house and we decided to get rid of most things and start afresh,’ explains Jocelynn. ‘Working as a busy management consultant I just didn’t have the time to spend on the house and I found I had drawn a blank on ideas about how I wanted it to look,’ explains Jocelynn. She sought the help of an interior designer who took on the task of revamping the interior. With close consultation with Jocelynn along the way each room has been redecorated, with clever storage added and furniture sourced. Structurally the couple converted the garage into a music studio.
