Synopsis
Moving to a new build allowed Jo to make design and style decisions before moving in, choosing an island over the standard u-shaped kitchen. They added charm to the box-like rooms themselves by building a false chimney breast, adding plenty of DIY panelling and built in storage, and going for a neutral colour palette of soft whites and greens, peppered with wooden textures and plenty of plants.
