Synopsis
Alex and I had a clear vision, and we worked it out ourselves. We were really keen on having big, dual aspect windows to give lots of light and we wanted to put our bed in the centre, with an ensuite to one side, above the existing bathroom. Through my company, Colour and Space, I’m used to tricky spaces but the ensuite was definitely a challenge as it’s very small. By choosing a slimline basin, I managed to fit everything in, although there was only one possible spot with room and head-height for the bath and shower.
