Synopsis
Three days before Emma and David Botines were due to put down the deposit on a suburban cottage, fate intervened. As Stockholm born Emma explains, ‘A Swedish friend was also house hunting and she called to say she’d seen an architect designed flat which she thought perfect for our growing family. Intrigued by her glowing description, I went to see it the same day.
