Synopsis
The proportions of the garden and the sense of light in the detached property near Guildford, Surrey, allowed Dawn to see through the dated interior and the tiny kitchen four years ago, and realise that it would be a great project to take on, and make a fantastic house for her and daughters Lily, now 19 and Charley, now 29, plus six year old Tibetan terrier Harvey and Milo the cat..
