Former residence of Chief Engineer of the Titanic Joseph Bell, this Victorian double fronted house was built circa 1895.

Synopsis
Undeterred by the 1970’s décor when purchased Claire did much of the work herself and the house has been refurbished to feel modern but traditional character. Inheriting an Aga in the kitchen, new units have now been fitted, salvaged fireplaces were found, original doors restored and panelling fitted. The house includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
