Synopsis
Charlotte and Paul were looking for a bigger version of their previous Regency home when Charlotte spotted this detached house and knew as soon as she saw it that this was the one. ‘It does sound corny, but although it wasn’t what we were looking for I knew as soon as I walked through the front door we could make this our family home. I was also quite pleased as I found it on my own and Paul had the same reaction when he saw it.’
The house had a conservatory, which Charlotte and Paul intended to take out to add an extension. After living in the house for two years and producing their second child Albie and adding Ben the Labrador to their brood, they were able to put their plans into action.
