Synopsis
Charlotte and Ian both liked the footprint of the house, but decided to tweak the layout to tailor it to their lifestyle. ‘Coming from Sweden, I like houses to feel as light and bright as possible, so all the dark wooden beams had to go,’ says Charlotte. ‘We also wanted to demolish several internal walls, as we knew this would lighten up the space even more.’
