Synopsis
Despite its spectacular setting above one of the most beautiful estuaries in Cornwall, the decaying Victorian primary school had been locked up and abandoned for over ten years.
Potential buyers and developers beat a hasty retreat after discovering dry rot, crumbling plaster and no proper access roads. That was until professional artists Bev and Mark Houlding arrived. In an instant they saw a blank canvas: an unbelievable opportunity to create a masterpiece.
