Synopsis
Elegant and time worn, French inspired furniture and paintings, adorn the interior of Anna de Keyser’s, country house. Behind the impressive oak front door, an undulating stone floor, in rich tones of honey and golden brown, lead to the newly installed, country style kitchen. When Anna moved into her home in 2010, it was for a rental period of just six months. For the last five years she has been the owner of the Grade 11 listed, Oxfordshire property. “ I was looking for a change of life style and leaving London became the obvious solution,” she says. “ I thought I would rent initially, before looking for somewhere to buy, and I have always liked Oxfordshire. As a child growing up in neighbouring Warwickshire, I visited the Cotswolds with my parents and I have fond memories of this area.”
