Synopsis
The project took far longer than expected - it was long winded as they were changing a couple of small, dark lower ground floor rooms/cupboards into one to create
the new bathroom, lots of work went into tanking the room as it is adjacent to the terraced garden. The cupboard was made by their builder from some window shutters that they'd bought and cut down to
fit, this now neatly houses their washing machine. The tiling is simple but does have unusual skirting tiles which tie it all together really smartly. The bathroom took about 8 months from start to finish. Cost approx £25k
