Synopsis
Jersey Cottage near Constantine Bay in Cornwall had been in the Eldridge family for many years so, when his father made the decision to sell it in 2013, Tom Eldridge, 36, was reluctant for it to leave the family. Tom and his wife Jo, 33, had recently married and quickly fell pregnant with son Finley. They both agreed that the four bedroom property where Tom and his three brothers had grown up would be perfect to raise their young family. Never one to miss an opportunity ambitious Tom explains, ‘Perhaps what was most enticing about purchasing the house was the development potential of the outbuilding in the garden’, he goes on; ‘We decided to turn it into a small cottage where Jo’s family could stay when visiting from Lincolnshire.’
