Synopsis
It has taken several years and plenty of vision to create the 12-room dwelling, complete with rooftop terrace, that we see today.
Eight years ago - having initially toyed with the idea for some time - Lars and his wife Nadine decided to open a shop in Palm Beach, following encouragement from friends and clients. "We already had a thriving business in East Hampton, and we loved the idea of heading down to Florida, but we never thought we'd live here full time," smiles Lars. "We're artists, not business people, so things such as trucking and taxes simply hadn't occurred to us. It soon became clear that a permanent move made sense."
