Synopsis
Emily Mackey opened up the living space in her Victorian townhouse to create a sunny, family-focused home with room for everyone. With her home’s grand proportions and bright rooms, it made perfect sense to knock down the wall between the kitchen and living-dining areas, creating one big space flooded with light. She’s used organic materials and an exposed brick wall to create texture and reflect the colours and patterns of her seaviews
