Synopsis
Frederik Snauwaert visited the construction yard and was immediately charmed by the breathtaking view on the surroundings. He bought the penthouse on the 6th floor for its spaciousness and the absolute privacy the enormous terrace (17m wide!) offered. This 6th floor was totally new and built on top of the former factory building. So Frederik acquired his dream loft : not an industrial loft he didn’t like, (no concrete, lead pipes and inox in his apartment!) but light, open, interconnected spaces were of utmost importance to him.
