Synopsis
On the balcony of Graeme Fraser-Bell’s apartment in St Ives, you could be forgiven for thinking you are standing on the deck of a luxury liner looking out to sea. Ship’s decking lines the floor and the balcony is shaped like the sharp end of the bow, but when sand and palm trees catch the corner of your eye, the analogy breaks down. Never the less the sea breeze is as invigorating and the view spectacular, which is what, persuaded Graeme to buy the apartment in the first place.
